Brothers and Sisters in Islam
Assalamo Alaikum wrwb.
On behalf of the President, Directors and Volunteers of Human Care BC Society, I would like to acknowledge and thank you all for the generous support you rendered towards Zakaat Fund & Donations during Holy month of Ramadhan and QURBANI for Eidul-Adha.
These are our achievements:
1. With your help, we did Qurbani of 133 animals in 45 villages of Rajasthan, Hariana, Mewat and Merut
2. Zakaah and Lillah Funds were distributed in poor areas in Rajasthan and Fiji.
3. A batch of Library BOOKS reached Fiji and was well received by Ba Township Library
4. Second Batch of Library BOOKS reached Kamil College, Ba Fiji
5. 500 Soccer Jerseys left for Fiji Schools on 20th of September.
6. Five Boxes of Religious Books are ready for Shipment for Sabeto and Drasa Darul Ulooms of Fiji.
7. So far there are 35 Water wells done in Rajasthan and for 2018, we have funds for 3 more wells.
8. There are two Masajid being built in Mewat, India funded by our generous brothers here.
Our on-going projects are:
o A Fund Raising Dinner.
o A detailed Pictorial activities of our Society will be published in IQRA MAGAZINE,
to be released soon.
o We are having a BLANKET DRIVE for the homeless in Surrey, BC.
Lastly and most importantly, I like to thank the Publishers of AL-AMEEN for covering our activities on regular basis.
