Stop The Trade of Endangered Whales

Greenpeace activists delivering over 65 thousand petition signatures to Port Metro Vancouver urging them to refuse future shipments of endangered fin whale meat. A dozen containers from Iceland destined for Japan were transported through Canada early in 2014. The petition requests that the relevant federal ministers use their power to ensure Canada is no complicit in the trade in endangered species. The signatures were also delivered in person to CN Rail in Montreal and sent to Port of Halifax, Port of Prince Rupert, various federal ministers and MPs.
